Candidates are requested to ensure and finalize their program before booking a course. If by any means a candidate is unable to undergo the course on the stipulated date, the candidate shall inform the institute 8 working days prior to the course commencement date and the same can be shifted to the next available date as per the availability within 6 months or the student can apply for refund.
The Institute is entitled to cancel the course at any juncture due to internal technical reasons or due to insufficient strength of the course. In this case full refund except transaction charges will be provided.
In case of the course getting cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), and not the fault of the institute, the candidate will be eligible to shift the course to a future date without any charges or submit a request for refund of course fees.
While booking the course, if the seats get full, candidate would be accommodated in the next earliest available batch without any charges.
Transaction/Service Charges charged would be borne by card holders for any payment. Transaction / Service Charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. Transaction/Service Charges as applicable based on the Payment mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net banking) selected.
Note:
The DGS Exit Exam Fees per course collected by the institute and submitted to DGS on your behalf, is NON Refundable under any circumstances once paid.
A deduction of 10% of the total course fees will be charged as seat booking /reservation charges for all refund requests received also in case of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).
