This is a combination course of BST + STSDSD Courses that spans 14 days Basic Safety Training (BST) is the Mandatory minimum requirements under STCW 1978 As Amended; for anyone looking to work aboard any Passenger/Cruise/Cargo Ships. Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD) is the Mandatory minimum requirements under STCW 1978 As Amended. Security related requirements are fulfilled under Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 as amended, the ISPS Code, and Section A – VI/6 of the STCW Code, as amended.
The Basic Safety Course module aims to meet the mandatory minimum requirements for seafarers for familiarization, basic safety training and instruction in accordance with Section A-VI/1 of the STCW Code.
The Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties ( course is intended to provide the knowledge required for seafarers with designated security duties in connection with a Ship Security Plan (SSP) to perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 as amended, the ISPS Code, and Section A – VI/6 of the STCW Code, as amended.
Note :- All students enrolling for our courses have to compulsorily come to the institute with their original documents for completing the admission formalities atleast 1 week before the date of commencement of the course.

3. Medical Fitness Certificate from DG Shipping Approved Doctor.

3. Passport Size Photo (Hard & Digital Copy):- 35mm x 35mm, face size should be 75% - 80% of the photograph with white background plain shirt.
