Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties (STSDSD) is the Mandatory minimum requirements under STCW 1978 As Amended. Security related requirements are fulfilled under Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 as amended, the ISPS Code, and Section A – VI/6 of the STCW Code, as amended.

Details

This course is intended to provide the knowledge required for seafarers with designated security duties in connection with a Ship Security Plan (SSP) to perform their duties in accordance with the requirements of Chapter XI-2 of SOLAS 74 as amended, the ISPS Code, and Section A – VI/6 of the STCW Code, as amended.

Note :- All students enrolling for our courses have to compulsorily come to the institute with their original documents for completing the admission formalities atleast 1 week before the date of commencement of the course.

Eligibility

1. SSC Examination Passing Certificate.

2. Valid Indian Passport

3. Medical Fitness Certificate from DG Shipping Approved Doctor.

2. X std Passed Marksheet. (Original & Copy)

3. Passport Size Photo (Hard & Digital Copy):- 35mm x 35mm, face size should be 75% - 80% of the photograph with white background plain shirt.
